Many people vacation or have a second home in the South, like Florida. They can come home to find that the roof leaked, hot water tank leaked, or a pipe froze and burst causing sever and often expensive damage.

My house check-in service can solve that problem as I do a room-to-room check including the basement. I will report any problems to you, help mitigate damage while you contact a professional to fix the problem. I can even come back and be there to let the professional into your home to fix the problem.
